职位描述
Job Responsibilities :
The main responsibility of this position includes but not limits to the following
1 Factory audit on constant base
2 Provide quality assurance during the production line
3 Participate in first order Initial, Inline & Final stage inspection, work together with QC inspector at factory, transfer all quality key issue which need to follow up during production
4 Trouble shooting and problem solving at factory
5 Analysis inspection reports, work with factory to find out and providing solution way and CAPA plan
6 Constantly review QC Manuals according actual work to propose update suggestions
7 Problem supplier (factory) long stay and prepare daily report to HQ (if necessary)
8 Analysis and statistical inspection defects to propose quality improvement target
9 Third party independent LABORATOTY visit and work out
10 Product Testing during PPS and bulk production with LABORATORY as request
11 Other job assignment as needed
Qualifications:
1 Language Abilities:CET-4 with English ability for daily communication
2 Computer Skills: Familiar with MS software
3 Education & Training:Junior college or above degree, major in mechanic or metal related subjects
4 Additional Requirements:Team worker, responsible, good logic thinking
Aggressive, optimistic and open-character, good negotiation skills
Good communication skill
For senior SQE which is manager level, it also includes the job of SQE, and other requirements are the management skills (he/she will manage 3 subordinates) ,fluent English, teamwork, etc.
The products are mainly in boots, skates, scooter, bicycles, other sport products.
