  1.  关注当地法律和规章制度的变化，协助运作管理团队及项目HR团队规范人力资源管理，以保证业务运作符合一切国家和当地的法律；

  2.  提供人力资源战略、组织发展、绩效管理、员工关系、复杂人力资源问题等方面的专项建议，为公司重大决策提供人力资源信息支持；

  3.  建立并推行大客户项目的人力资源管理体系，监督人力资源政策和流程在大客户部的运行；

  4.  协助运作制定以华为事业部为整体的人力资源中长期发展战略，建立人力资源梯队及人才培养方案；

  5.  支持现场用人需求的制定，指导并组织现场HR团队进行有效招聘；

  6.  拉通薪资福利标准在各项目的应用，保证其被正确地实施以及薪资、福利能够准确、有效、合法地支付；

  7.  指导各项目的人力资源数据记录、文件系统和人才市场实践的维护；

  8.  有良好的组织、沟通协调能力，从HR视角出支持业务部门管理工作，开拓人才供给、保留和开发渠道，为业务发展提供人才支持；管理并且监督人力资源政策和程序的运行以保证人力资源的最有效的利用。

  9.  建立全国校企合作资源，并完善实习生培养方案；
