Main Responsibilities：

JD and KAOLA stores related operation – 80%

Be responsible for the business growth of the brand’s JD & KAOLA Stores and assist line manager to work closely with internal teams and external teams to deliver the following assets:

- Manage the daily operation of stores in JD & KAOLA;

- Assist in building relationship with JD & KAOLA and negotiate for good exposure resources to achieve the sales target;

-Manage TP to deliver the good operation in JD & KAOLA;

- Carry out plans to drive online sales, improve consumer experience and brand awareness;

- Ensure page designs are aligned with Brand strategy and guidelines;

- Pay attention to content channels in JD & KAOLA and increase the results;

- Work closely with internal team and TP to deliver good content and optimize conversion rate;

- Monitor performance of monthly main articles and provide optimization plans;

- Make positive plans to reduce returns and increase good comments.

- Work with customer service team to improve both before and after-sales experience;

- Make good use of CRM and increase JD & KAOLA store members;

- Work with TP to optimize SEO and SEM;

- Responsible for data analysis, for JD & KAOLA related weekly, monthly sales, traffic reports and promotion tracking reports;

- Balance campaigns between two major channels including but not limited to product assortment, promotion price and page feelings;

- Responsible for JD & KAOLA annual contract renewal and other JD & KAOLA related contracts;

- Work closely with all corporate departments to provide a clear understanding of JD & KAOLAorder, delivery, sales, financial and all other issues; 

Others – 20%

- Make sure proper reports are delivered in time;

- Make research of competitor performance;

- Supports the Ecommerce team in daily operation and tasks;

- Undertake other assignments by line manager 

Position Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree in E-commerce /Marketing/Business or equivalent subject.

2. Minimum 2 years working experience in E-commerce.

3. Basic ability in read and written English;  fluent Mandarin.

4. Good skill on Ecommerce operations, experience in shoe/apparel category/VIP.com  operation will be a plus.

5. High efficiency of MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

6. Positive work attitude, detail oriented, strong communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks in a well-organized way, while maintaining high quality work.

7. Logical thinking, a quick learner and a team worker.

8. Have passion for Internet/Ecommerce/Digital
