职位描述
1、主要负责设计文件、资料的收发、归档及工程项目管理、对外协调等工作；
2、协助处理海外项目的日常事务，负责温哥华办事处的沟通工作，及时上传下达各项信息，按要求做好检查、督导和反馈工作；
3、协助上级处理日常事务，负责温哥华办事处内部日常后勤管理工作及相关信息传递；
4、辅助完成简单的设计工作；
5、上级安排的临时性工作。
任职资格:
1、本科或以上学历；
2、加拿大建筑或艺术专业留学背景，有长期多次签证，有居住身份者优先考虑；
3、在建筑行业或相关单位从事项目秘书岗位1年或以上，了解建筑设计的相关流程者优先考虑；
4、性格开朗，反应敏捷，逻辑、沟通协调能力强；
5、良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力，严谨认真，具有执行力。
