岗位职责:

JOB SUMMARY:
The Global EMS Commodity Manager is a dynamic, high energy, detail oriented and structured individual who is highly experienced in strategic sourcing and category management in the EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) industry.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Lead the global EMS commodity team to develop a commodity and sourcing strategy for the business;
2. Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs to ensure identification of suppliers and supplier capabilities to meet those needs;
3. Oversee the implementation of the commodity strategies to optimize business efficiency;
4. Perform commodity management including strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract, performance and risk management;
5. Work with Regional Commodity Managers in understanding the global spend and identifying opportunities to increase quality and improve value for money;
6. Perform procurement reporting and analysis of management information to identify potential improvement opportunities;
7. Identify innovative procurement solutions that provide cashable savings and process efficiencies for the organization;
8. Address vendor issues to ensure the highest level of service delivery;
9. Maintain contractual and business relationships with vendors.

任职资格:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience Related
1. Seasoned and experienced in global electronics manufacturing;
2. Significant experience working with or at EMS suppliers on a global scale in multinational companies;
3. Demonstrable experience in successfully managing and transitioning complex supply chains globally, preferably in the electronics / industrial sector;
4. Experienced in handling contract manufacturing;
5. Experienced in working with key stakeholders in different market, including Americas, EMEA and APAC.

1. Strong leadership skills in cultivating the team and drive target;
2. Conscientious, accurate, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
3. Must be a superb communicator with the ability to lead cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects;
4. Ability to achieve goals through collaboration and persuasion;
5. Demonstrated high-level of analytical skills;
6. Proficient oral & written English communication skills, and proficient Chinese is nice to have;
7. CPM or equivalent;
8. Knowledge of MRP.
Attitude
Dependable and self-directed; capable of working with minimal supervision.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing, or a related discipline;
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in: materials, supply chain, or procurement experience is required with a proven track record of leading large, complex, supply transitions.

POSITION ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Based in Shenzhen, China with travel of up to 40% globally

The primary measure of success will be the completion of individual projects, on time and with the expected results.
