Main Responsibilities

1.      Close monitor inbound/outbound/return plan and 3PL’s capacity, to make sure all reasonable requirements could be met.

 

2.      In order to ensure achieve KPI targets of 3PL, lead root cause analysis for accidents or unnormal matters and work with 3PL to provide improvement solution based on evaluation and real time performance of 3PL on a monthly basis.

 

3.      Take a lead to develop and update all the internal SOP for Logistics operation if any revise caused or new business requirement needed.

 

4.      Work with all Retail(outside SH) to prepare weekly delivery plan, to make sure 100% on time outbound and customer complaint under 0.5%.

 

5.      Lead inbound operations, including placing PO, following up delivery release from PDC to reach 90% on time delivery from PDC, 100% closer following up important and urgent orders, on time delivery.

6.     Develop and Implement one SOP standard for all 3PL’s warehouse in Whole China. Monitor the 3PL’s performance to make sure 100% SOP followed correctly.

7.       Drive by integrated supply chain process thinking to provide services to more requirements from internal customers, E.g. Retail, E-com, Customer service, Merchandising, Finance.

 

Position Requirements

 

l  Excellent Knowledge of SAP, and good PC skills

 

l  Strong ability and proved experience of root cause analysis for accidents or unnormal matters.

 

l  Strong ability of process optimization and solution providing.

 

l  With good knowledge in Purchase order and sales order management, Customs clearance, outbound delivery, mainland transportation and warehouse management.—must have solid experience of order fulfilment ,plus transportation and warehouse management.

 

l  Have solid logistics experience of retail, E-Commerce and warehouse management in B2B and B2C. ---better have retail experience.

 

l  Good command of oral and written English.

 

l  8 years above logistics working experience, 4 years order management experience required.

 

l  Strong sense of responsibilities and user driving. Can work under the pressure and independent.

 

l  Strong team spirit, cross functions communication  and honest & reliable are required.
