The main goal is to lead testing activities from China in collaboration with the R&D  and other support function teams in France and China.

Testing activites are to be considerered from both customer’s requirements and end user point of view during all project phases:

?      Software development

?      Debug until Start Of Production (SOP)

?      Update work packages post SOP

Each phase include regular deliveries to customers that needs to be fully tested.

 

The main missions of the role are to:

• Manage different tests scopes with several testers and teams at different locations
• Upscale and explain any issue that prevent, or is slowing, execution of its assigned task
• Communicate with customer about test status

Qualifications :

In terms of qualification, the ideal candidate will have :

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or Electronics as preference

•  Minimum 5 years experience in a related area

• Be able to teach rules and actions to testers

• Good quality mindset skills (deadline prevision, write and act decisions, make difference between important or detail topic,…)

• Driving license and understand automotive car usages as a driver

• Curious, organized, versatile, international mind set

• Strength of proposal and good relationship will be real assets.

• Minimum bi-lingual (Technical English essential)
