Digitalization Specialist (Processes / G2M Customer / Sales)
Location: China / Shanghai
Business Unit: Distribution Systems

Main responsibilities:
Strengthen customer relationship by digitalized interaction process and interface
Drive E2E tool for e-ordering, aiming to simplify ordering process and increase market coverage
Leading to develop and maintain online product community (wechat – based MS China Mobile Site)
Initiate online customer feedback collection in technical seminar
Jointly initiate co-creation workshop with customer to analysis their pain point and drive to workout digital solutions and applications
Regularly screen project list in pipe line which requires digitalization feature specification and invite PLM, R&D and Engineering to jointly review and analysis, in order to understand market product digitalization demand trend and early prepare solutions and applications
Initiate Customer Digitalization Demo Project
Online partner application (E-flow) - > G2M Module
Online customer event application - > G2M Module

Main requirements:
Know-how of the different steps in the customer journey (what kind of information is necessary internal / external at which stage of the offer / order process)
Know-how of the sales & order execution process and currently used tools (Philos / Salesforce, OGT, Nxtools+)
Know-how of our CPQ-process (configuration, price and quotation)
General IT-affinity
Ability to implement “MS China Mobile Site” and “E2E online ordering tool” projects
