The
Power
Solutions Global Trainer develops
and delivers high quality technical training programs on our portfolio of
offers. The position will report to the Director of Power Solutions Competency
Center and Training and will act as an instructional designer to
produce accurate training material and deliver it to support the countries
executions teams, Critical Power EcoXperts focusing on the Meters and software’s
PSO, PME and Power Advisor
Your Responsibilities
As a Trainer
Deliver
technical hands on training via classroom, virtual classroom or webinar

Communication with our contact people at our local
markets when arranging training courses on demand

Prepare classroom: facility, virtual machines
mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2">-
Be supportive to our customers outside the scope of
the specific ongoing training.

Conduct Train the Trainer sessions and give other
trainers added value when attending these type of courses

Promote our common training offer within the Power
Solutions Training zone

Handle complementary tasks in the Learning Management
System (LMS)
As a Course developer
Develop
training material for classroom, virtual classroom & eLearning

Arrange workshops with all stakeholders to identify
the content and the objectives for the course development

Develop a complete course material for distribution
within the EcoBuilding Training zone according to the ADDIE+ model.

Have a sustainable and good collaboration with the
other regional training organizations to find all possible synergies in the
global development.

Contact with managers, developers and testers from and
within the R&D department

Review, test and learn what is new in the upcoming
Power Solutions offers
situations. While being supportive to learners of vast variation,
with different levels of language and technical skills, you should act with
confident and trust, striving for a delivery of high quality training

Good knowledge of Industrial Electrical network
architectures and design
mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">-
Knowledgeable in Power Solutions Meters (PowerLogic)
and Edge portfolio (PME/PSO + Advanced Report/ EBO Energy Expert).

Understand Database structures, Cloud Architecture and
IT terminology

Languages: Fluent in English both written and spoken. Other
languages such as Spanish, French, Chinese, Portuguese, German, Italian, and
others will be added advantage.

Be able to travel globally for about 50% of the time
Your Profile:
- Qualification: BS Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or MS Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields

- Technical education or similar by experience
- Validated experience in working as a trainer with good records
- Validated experience of course development with good records
- Validated experience of Electrical distribution equipment
- Able to deal with customer needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
- Experience of working in the Power business and familiar with procedures of engineering
- Experienced with virtual machine environment - e.g. SkyTap.
- As a trainer/course developer, you need to be out going, use your own initiative, be confident, enthusiastic and well organized. You must have a positive attitude and be service oriented, enjoy speaking in public and be a good communicator.
- You must be able to handle situations where you for a longer period of time are in focus. Act with professionalism and keep calm in stressful
