Job objectives
This position is responsible for support line-manager to shape Retail Marketing digital transformation and marketing key initiatives both in strategic level and execution level though leading a virtual team
Main duties and responsibilities:
1) Omni channel initiative
--Support line manager to develop and execute a strategic, holistic and result-driven integrated marketing plan combing online and offline campaigns to drive incremental business growth
2) Retail digital transformation
-- Base on Retail existing digital platform (consumer , designer , electrician & POS ) , lead to build-up the backbone data management system for future BI & marketing automation
- Define and pilot long term road map of theses digital platforms based on the integration of them to create incremental value and enhance platform penetration and activeness
-- Apply new IT technology or define new application in existing platform
-- Data analysis for define & track the platform performance metrics
3) Support Channel Marketing Director to develop annual marketing strategy & plan
Upon agreed biz objective base on comprehensive market situation, value chain understanding and customer insight

-- Works closely with the channel & sales team for platform implementation, programs deployment and performance tracking

-- Communicate for product portfolio & application and relevant marcom support
4)Purchasing
-- Work closely for agency pitch, procurement & payment for digital & marketing campaigns
5) Marcom
-- work closely with Marcom to drive consistent branding messages through different campaigns or platforms to facilaite brand building and drive business growth

Personal requirement:
1) High (university at least) education level & above 8 years working experiences in multinational Company
2) Digital marketing or channel marketing background. Sales experience is a plus
3) Fast learner, high level of curiosity and strong digital sense
4) Strategic thinking and strong biz sense
5) Strong influence skill and be comfortable in working in a matrix organization
6) Good at English
7) Open minded and Team player with ability to communicate with clarity, structure and conciseness to colleagues and customers at all levels
8) Sound decision-making skills with the ability to perform well under pressure.

Job objectives
This position is responsible for growing retail business in customer digital platform through daily operation , performance optimization and marketing campaign .
Digital platform :
1) Digital electrician
2) Retailer Management System ( RMS)
Main duties and responsibilities:
1) Platform digital platform annual plan :
--Support line manager to develop a strategic , holistic and result-driven marketing plan to power up digital and accelerate the business growth
2) Lead digital platform daily operation to maximize the on-line customer recruitment and engagement and sales
--Work closely with agency to continuous enhance customer digital experience
-- Drive the marketing campaign across the platform the improve the customer engagement
& conversion rate
-- Drive the promotion to improve the online sales revenue
-- Data analysis for define & track the platform performance metrics
-- In charge of platform promotion and deployment in regional level
3) Maintain & upgrade digital system
--Work closely with IT department & IT agency to optimize IT infrastructure
--Define & utilize new IT tech to develop the new module & function
--Develop BI system for DMS and marketing automation
