Role Summary/Purpose

Reporting to COE leader, the IM Business Analyst will be responsible for SAP solutions for all business processes around Supply Chain. The candidate will establish operating rhythm with Program Managers/Project Managers/Global Process Leaders to collaborate on projects /opportunities for simplification/standardization.

Essential Responsibilities

• Own complete SUPPLY CHAIN MODULE SOLUTIONS WING-TO-WING; prototyping, blueprinting, design, build, test, documentation and post go-live support including interfaces & cross module integration. • Collaborate with BUSINESS PROCESS LEADS & maintain BUSINESS PROCESS DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE. • Drive SAP SOLUTIONS COE STANDARDS, KNOWLEDGEBASE & BEST PRACTICES • PROACTIVELY WORK with PROJECT MANAGERS, SERVICE PROVIDER PROJECT TEAMS and SAP to resolve technical issues; champion closure on business & technical issues related to process, business rules and technology configuration. • Actively ENGAGE ASSIGNED BUSINESS PROCESS LEADS & SUPPORT TEAM to identify optimization opportunity and IMPROVE BUSINESS SAP SATISFACTION [VOC] • Take complete accountability of QUALITY of solution delivered by project and support team. Ensure BEST, EFFICIENT & MAINTAINABLE Solution; in each SAP Functional Domain is implemented which is aligned with a Cross-Functional Integrated END-TO-END BUSINESS PROCESS; including integrations with extended business systems • Effectively communicate in MATRIX organization

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Engineering/Business Management with minimum 3+ years of SAP work experience• Proven experience in designing and configuring SAP ECC 6.0, SCM - MM/QM/WM/PP Functional Modules and CROSS-FUNCTIONAL business solutions and system integrations• At least 1 end-to-end SCM project implementation experience or 1 global rollout project experience• 3+ years of functional experience in respective domains in production planning/ sourcing/ stores/ warehouse/ quality department• Experience in working with globally distributed multi-cultural teams• Strong written and oral communication skills• Highly motivated, Self-starter• Able to travel overseas
