Qualification Required :
-College education or above. -Strong communication skills, ability to point across, good at building relationships both internal and external.
-Knowledge/understanding of consumer law and customer rights, and motor knowledge industry if possible.
-Confident 'take charge' attitude.
Ability to report (verbally and in writing) in a clear and precise manner.
-Understand local culture and well versed at negotiating.
-Mild acting skills.
-Excellent Mandarin and English language skills, particularly written and verbal, Cantonese is a plus.
-Skilled in MS Office.

Experience Expected :
-Minimum 5 years at automotive manufacturer, wholesale organisation or high end service industry sector.
-Leadership and training experience would be an advantage.

Job Duties :
-Providing support for service retention. .
-Supervising the customer satisfaction activities.
-Monitoring groupwide customer satisfaction surveys, producing gap analysis and improvement actions with dealers.
-Designing/maintaining follow-up and effective complaint handling processes.
-Training of staffs for improved response to Customer complaints to Dealers.
-Communication with related counterparts at manufacturer subsidiary
-Handling complaints from customers.
