Role Summary/Purpose

Strategically engage operations, sourcing, suppliers, and other functions driving systematic and physical process improvements. Drive continuous inventory turns improvement while maximizing customer fulfillment. Own Repair Financial deliverables meeting OP’s each quarter. Implement best practice models to ensure regional and global targets are achieved.

Essential Responsibilities

• Build and maintain supplier relationships that foster a responsive supply chain for regional and global customers • Influence cross-functionally to sustain supply chain solutions for Diagnostic Imaging, Ultrasound systems, and Life Care Solutions. • Develop strategic solutions to complex Service supply chain challenges • Optimize customer fulfillment and business financials • Embrace Lean concepts to deliver optimal supply chain and financial performance • Global allocation of material to meet regional and global customer demands • Establish and maintain a global teamwork environment • Manage employees through performance appraisals, and setting G’s & O’s, Exhibit outstanding leadership and effectively communicate well with all levels of the organization including senior leadership. 1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position 2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines 3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required 4. Knowledge and understanding of production process work instructions and operates within them to ensure that a device conforms to its specifications 5. Ensures the creation of accurate, complete and timely records and DHRs

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Bachelors Degree and 8 years supply chain experience or HS diploma and 12 years supply chain experience 2. Proven ability to drive change in a matrix environment 3. Ability to successfully motivate and maintain employee involvement while driving change
