Essential Responsibilities

Ensures achievement of strategic revenue objectives for loan product family. Plays proactive role in loan product cycle, manage and perform all aspects of loan team’s policy, advocacy, and related functions. Timely track and interpret legislative and other policy initiatives and strategies regarding government loan Provide management and loan team with timely information on relevant policy decisions, potential changes, project approval list and related interpretation from NDRC, MOF & MOH Building effective & long term relationship with NDRC, MOF, embassy, on lending bank, IE, packager and other loan related external parties to ensure GE affairs are handled expediently liaison with US, Europe & Israel counterpart in routine loan product related affairs Understand & translate loan policy into clearly defined and detailed product requirements, and work with marketing / marcom, F&L specialists & equipment sales to market, sell and deliver different loan Product to suitable customer segment Analyze financial performance of Financing product family by region by product and recommend strategies and implementation plans for growth via annual marketing plan process and monthly reporting process Working with F&L regional sales manager in all planning process – weekly, monthly, SI, SII & GPB process to roll up MPC for financing products Assist marketing manager to develop appropriate sales tools, marketing programs and preparation for various events To be the China product champion for all financing product and provide sales support in the field - product support/respond to product inquires Creation of training materials and providing product and application training to Sales Team and supporting customers Gather, document and communicate competitor analysis Maintain industry knowledge, publication, trends, initiatives & Provide regular and detailed communications to F&L & broader team.

Qualifications/Requirements

8+ years of experience working in GR and /or product marketing related roles in multinational companies Knowledge of or experience in working with central government Strong marketing sense, with proven experience in successful product marketing Ability to engages in cross-functional activities and collaborates across organizational boundaries. Develops and sustains effective and cooperative working relationships with peers and other internal or external personnel critical to successful performance. Excellent communication skills High level of organization and time management skills Proactive and self motivated Excellent English communication skills in both spoken and written/presentation Able to think critically and strategically, and work both independently and as part of a team Bachelor degree or above, master degree majoring in communication or marketing is preferred
