Essential Responsibilities

Description: The Risk analyst provides financial support to ensure proper product development and portfolio management for the Financing & Loan organization. Duties include (but are not limited to): • Provide analytic & financial support to Commercial & Operation team for transaction structuring • Develop the proper credit assessment analytics and ensure proper customer screening • Set-up reserve policy to ensure the proper financial positioning • Interact with Commercial & Operation team and provide expertise on portfolio models’ outputs for strategic portfolio management • Support and facilitate timely collection • Drive process improvement in all aspects of Financing portfolio management • Coordinate with FP&A leader to ensure smooth closing & reporting.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration and 5+ years financial work experience; 2. Demonstrated ability to lead in a team environment3. Strong analytical skill, details oriented4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and drive change while working across all levels, functions, and regions6. Strong excel, PowerPoint skills, be able to work in multiple financial system environment7. Able to work effectively in a matrix organization
