Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

Responsible for other liability accounts, make sure all accrual balance is well supported by business Own ECA process, including system improvement and maintenance, retention policy update and aging report delivery, manual journal entries preparation, system generated journal entries review and propose adjustment journal entries if necessary Coordinate and perform monthly accounts reconciliation, follow up to resolve open item Perform quarter-end closing activities, including MJE booking, closing checklist, statutory reports, Hyperion reports etc Supporting on branch office accounting book if necessary Provide supports in external and internal audits Assist GL Leader to identify potential areas for improvement, support the implementation of the initiatives in order to drive continuous optimization Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required

Qualifications/Requirements

College degree or above, major in accounting, finance or a related field More than 2 years’ working experience in GL, experience in multi-national company or shared service environment is preferred Good knowledge of US GAAP, PRC accounting standards and related statutory regulations Good communication (written and oral) skills in both English and Mandarin Proficient in MS Office, Oracle and Hyperion system Integrity, accountability, proactive working attitude, customer-oriented, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure CPA or equivalent is preferred.
