Job Description

As Architect you are responsible for the IC architecture, the technical product specification and the technical execution within ASIC design projects. You need estimate the performance, power and difficulty of implementation. On the basis of a functional requirement specification, you will create/maintain the IC architecture and divide this into sub-system and interface specifications. You need estimate the performance, power and difficulty of implementation. During execution you will guide the development engineers in the design and validation phase. By means of planned reviews you ensure — from technical point of view — that the efforts of the individual developers remain focused on properly functioning subsystems. Up to production you will determine technical risks, define corrective actions and align these with our customers.

Requirement

1. At least 5 years experience in the development of digital ICs, preferably 3 years as architect in IC development projects.

2. SOC design flow

3. Verilog, C, System C

4. Video/image process algorithm is a big plus

5. Experience in SOC architect

6. Pre-RTL performance modeling, prediction and optimization.

7. Low power
