职位描述
Quality Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Technical lead in SCR and customer design reviews.
2. Responsible for QE function in new project development.
3. Responsible for QE function for ECN.
4. Training identification and proposal of training setup for QE.
5. Control and supervises the compliance with customer requirements (in cooperation with BD, QM, MAN, ENG)
6. Negotiate Quality agreements during PPAP and APQP with customer
7. Perform internal process and product Audits according Audit plan and document
Qualification Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing and/or Quality Engineer Certification.
2. 5 years Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Experience of mechanical or electro/mechanical components
3. Practical experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and MSA
4. Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 and QS9000 Standards
5. Proficient with Microsoft office tools, knowledge of SAP
6. Practical experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) including programming
7. Experience with team oriented problem-solving methods (8-D method)
8. Good command of written and spoken English, familiar with German is a plus.
9. Strong Communication skills
10. Strong Analytical skills
