岗位职责
1、同相关部门一道寻找并确定改进项目；研究行动计划；跟踪项目实施过程．
2、培训相关人员正确使用工具来分析解决问题．
3、协助主管推进持续改进文化的建立
4、对项目实施结果进行评估，确定项目的财务贡献
5、在主管领导下制定年度计划，推进计划的实施
6、做好文档资料的管理工作
岗位要求
1、本科及以上文化程度；３年以上相关工作经验
2、了解Lean； 6 Sigma；等知识并能较好地运用这些工具
3、熟悉医疗产品的生产过程者优先考虑
4、需要有良好的分析和计划能力，项目管理能力，沟通表达能力．
5、有团队合作精神；愿意并能够从事具体工作．动手能力强
6、良好的英语读写能力，口语不做硬性要求
