岗位职责：
1：负责区域内安装调试和故障维修工作，并填写相应表单；
2：做好终端客户的技术培训，指导终端客户正确使用产品、解决常见问题；
3：没有以上任务时，自行安排重庆地区内客户的回访工作，并汇报工作安排；
4：电话处理客户投诉，解答客户问题，并记录；
5：参加每年的定期培训，提高对产品的认知程度，并达到考核要求；
6：配合总公司对代理商的工程师进行现场培训，最大化的提高代理商的服务质量。

岗位要求：
1：大专以上学历，生物医学工程，检验或相关专业；
2：有较好的计算机使用及维护能力，最好有有同行业产品一年以上的维修工作经验；
3：有良好的学习能力和沟通能力，有进取心和良好的团队精神；
4：能独立工作、有责任心、有较强的技术分析判断和动手能力、能适应经常出差；
