• Accountabilities ：

•  To conduct dedicated OSS production line (especially IRS assembly) time study, continuously reduce waste, improve operator working movement, study material presentation and flow to improve productivity.

•  Activities ：

• Implement manufacturing process time study.

• Evaluate current working efficency gap.

• provide production layout improvement direction.

• Analyse operator operation movement to workout assembly working instruction.

• Maintain manufacturing process standard working time.

• Working with AME engineer together to provide right process cycle time start from process design phase.

• Direct plant ME team to continue improve labor efficency.

• Set up module line in every plant.

• Conduct study of automation cost vs. Labor cost in the process to improve automation and reduce manufacturing cost. Identify value added and non-value added movement to reduce waste.

Qualifications / experience required ：

• Bachelor Degree or above in   .

• Strong leadership to implement target in the region.

• Automative component manufacturing product background.

• At least 10 years automative inductrial manufacturing experience.

• Lean manufacturing knowladge and tools is mandatory.

• Proactive and result-oriented.

Fluent English language and Computer Literacy.
