KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Manage and develop all functions in 4S centre;
Develop and manage dealer standards;
Develop, implement and manage reporting systems;
Manage and excise obligations of the dealers;
Regularly review business processes;
Supervise trainings in all functions;


KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree;
Minimum 10 years sales experience in automotive retail industry ideally gained in developing markets or local markets ;
Self-motivated and capable of working independently, and in a team environment;
Analytical skills to enable review, interpret and respond to each functional performance;
Understanding of marketing concepts and application in the automotive environment;
Good Communication skills;
Skilled in management, financial and operating practices of small / medium businesses;
Understanding of brand core values;
