Main Responsibilities

Daily Operations:

 

1. Perform routine GL entries timely and accurately in accordance with Group GAAP and PRC GAAP.

2. Responsible for daily accounting review and control. Ability to recognize unusual transactions, trends or variations and communicate findings to team leaders.

3. Monitor inter-company charges and reconciliation.

4. Cash flow management

5. Coordinate with Retail Accounting / Controlling / Tax functions, to optimize FSSC accounting processes and improve efficiency.

6. Ensure that all accounting processes are in line with regulations and principles.

Tasks for Month End Closing:

 

1. Monitor and control monthly closing schedule.

2. Perform activities required for month-end closing according to the respective business deadlines, including but not limited to: GL posting, IC matching, reconciling P&L and BS accounts, tax posting, BPC checking (checking file), PRC reports, etc.

3. Provide ad hoc reports to HQ, local controllership team and other finance functions.

 

Others:

1. Support the internal & external audit, mainly including inter-company transaction balance check, audit engagement letter review, audit adjustment review, audit report review etc.

2. Accounting memo update and accounting process improvement if any new business and business change.

3. Participate in other projects and assignments as needed to support the goals of the team.

4. China statutory book audit support,.

5. Other Ad hot tasks

 

Position Requirements：

 

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance

2. 5+ years related working experience

3. Good at office software such as excel, word, etc.

4. Sufficient experience of SAP and BI.

5. Carefulness, sense of responsibilities, good communication skills, quick learning ability, team player.

6. Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Excellent communication skill and can work under pressure.
