Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

• Partner with the hiring managers and Human Resources Managers of GE business to develop and execute strategic recruiting plans for sourcing qualified diverse candidates’ positions in a timely and cost effective manner • Provide full recruiting service to the hiring managers including sourcing and screening candidates, interviewing and assessing candidates, completing job folder and applicant flow log, and offer negotiation, etc. • Develop effective communication channels to interact with the hiring managers to ensure they are up-to-date on recruiting activities/process • Provide training for the hiring managers to ensure they are in compliance with all company policies and local (state and federal) laws pertaining to employment • Participate or lead other recruiting or HR projects as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience, preferably from the industry of Energy, Aviation, Transportation, Automation, Security, etc.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with people at all level of organization• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in fast-paced and constantly changing environment• Excellent interview and assessment skills• Strong customer service focus and great team player• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
