This is Contractor Role
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Measure and monitor front line daily work and performance;
*Check and ensure data and record accuracy, collect and take record of related documents;
*Coordinate with cross function/department; collect and escalate issues to relevant team or department if needed;
*Support frontline performance excellence with detailed activities including regular meeting, data analysis, process monitor, etc.
*Support and organize frontline regular meeting and other activities;
*Deliver company relevant process/policy to front line properly. Ensure process/policy smooth follow-up and high-quality execution;
*Support Service program or project; Support Delivery internal activities;
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree: 1 years related working experience is preferred.
2. Excellent oral and written communications skill.
3. Good at oral & written English, skilled in Microsoft office software and PC.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Excellent discernment in problem discovering.
2. Good at coordination, interpersonal communication skill; Good teamwork spirits.
3. Proven record of accomplishment in establishing and managing project plans, adjusting to changing circumstances. Prioritizes and effectively controls key milestones.
4. Successful experience working in team environment.
5. Exceptional drive and creativity.
6. High energy in work and demonstrates flexibility in approach to changing work priorities.
7. High passion and initiative; willing to take strong responsibility.
8. Team oriented-ability, work well with diverse, cross-functional teams.
