Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

-Provide secretary assistance to plant GM -Coordinate GM’s traveling mgt -Support GM to prepare business document -Process and track GM’s T&L and other expenses reimbursement -Coordinate meeting as required -Help to organize staff meeting, annual party, outing, etc -Verbal interpretation and written translation as required -Coordinate customer appointment as required -Other daily jobs assigned by GM

Qualifications/Requirements

-Bachelor degree -5yrs related working experience in documentation and administration, with 3yrs served as GM secretary is a plus -Excellent interpersonal and communication skill -Excellent English translation capability -Strong PC skills, PPT, Excel, Word, etc -Ability to effective time management -Good team player -Self motivation with business prospective.
