职位描述
工作职责:
1、执行公司设计总承包的管理制度，维护企业的合法权益；
2、协调参与组织项目策划、定案、报审、报建等项目推进工作。
3、组织并协调好设计总承包业务中建筑设计（指综合了建筑、结构、机电等五大专业的建筑全专业设计）与室内设计、景观园林设计、人防设计、弱电智能化设计、等设计工作模块；
4、配合EPC项目，及时有效、合理科学组织解决项目现场反馈的各专业问题，从设计的角度保证EPC项目的顺利推进。
5、组织公司工程项目质量会议，分析研究质量管理中存在的问题，提出改进措施。
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历，建筑学/土木工程/机电等相近专业；
2、具备EPC项目管理相关经验，同时具有较强的综合能力、丰富的项目经验和较好的协调能力；
3、具有良好的沟通能力和团队精神，责任感强。
