Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

• Cultivate Lean Six Sigma culture onsite. • Provide training and sessions for Lean Six Sigma to drive the overall awareness and knowledge level for site. • Lead by examples. Lead, facilitate, mentor projects that impacts business metrics by Lean Six Sigma methodology like 6S, visual management, error proofing. • Improve overall productivity (manpower & machine) from eliminating wastes, establishing flow that caters business needs. • Generate and communicate appropriate documentation reflecting status against established performance metrics, budgets and project schedules. • Other reasonable tasks assigned by organizational or functional supervisor(s).

Qualifications/Requirements

a. Education- Bachelor degree or above, majored in Industrial engineering, Electronics or Mechanics.b. Working experience- At least 5+ years team leader experience on lean manufacturing project design, coordination and implementation.Proven track record of lean implementation in shop environment.Knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma.c. Specific knowledge- Be familiar of both lean mfg principles and methodologies.- Be able to conduct lean mfg training, plan and implement lean projects within manufacturing operation.- Excellent organizational skills, Clear thinker and be able to think out of the box.- Be able as an excellent coordinator to fully utilize the available resources. Ability to influence and manage resource without direct reporting.- Effective verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills- Competent in MS Office, including Access, AutoCAD.- Good command of English both in oral and written.
