Role Summary/Purpose

The role will focus on supporting process simplification and excellence at Tianjin plant leveraging IT & Lean tools

Essential Responsibilities

• Define overall strategy/roadmap for ERP system set up and leveraging IT/technology experience to meet the entire project target • Delivery/implementation of project objectives . Define, Measure and Track tangible & intangible benefits associated with the Projects • Organization of all project related activities and resources • Project planning activities• Scheduling and Assigning of resources across project activities • Communication of project status to project team, stakeholders, and leadership • Drive productivity and defect reduction in all phases of the project using Six Sigma and Lean practices . Identify opportunities and lead improvement efforts to minimize timeline & cost while ensuring high quality • Be the single point of contact for all site related process/IT initiatives . Ability to manage timelines driven by Business & IT resource capacity and needs. • Ability to manage small to medium budgets • Make use of established/Institutionalized standard templates and global processes • Issue Management and resolution • Escalate issues to program and business leadership as needed, manage across inter-dependent programs. • Employ a high level of rigor through use of Six Sigma, Lean, and QMS processes • Travel as needed depending on project requirements and management needs.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Project management experience in matrix organizations with a history of executing on time and budget• Able to build and secure committed support for successful project delivery• Demonstrated competence in managing conflicts• Strong communications skills with a demonstrated history of working across all levels of an organization & functions• Experience with process quality methodology (Six Sigma).• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills • Strong leadership skills and demonstrated experience leading teams . Six sigma/ Lean experience• Analytic, creative and business-focused problem solver • Ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any technical Discipline.• Minimum 6 years of IT experience • Able to work across global locations

Desired Characteristics

• Knowledge of GxP requirements and validated systems• Knowledge of Oracle Applications. Knowledge of Supplychain (Manufacturing Shop floor, materials, sourcing, logistics and distribution processes) • Understanding of IT technologies• Bachelors degree • Experience in the Healthcare industry • Lean experience• PMP/ITIL certified
