职位描述
Main Responsibilities
Overall
l Assist in developing overall CRM strategy and plan that is in line with ECCO’s business goals.
l Monthly CRM review against aligned targets and quarterly review of competitors dynamics.
l Data analysis and data mining on a regular basis to have a better understanding of consumer insight and purchase motivation.
l Provide data support to other departments on a regular basis or by request.
l Manage CRM budget or CRM related cost for both retail channel and wholesale channel.
l Assist in internal process include but not limited to payment process, contract process etc.
l Assist in doing necessary manuals, SOP or ad-hoc report.
l Responsible for agency pitch.
l Manage agency or 3rd part and make evaluation on a regular basis.
l Undertake other assignments by line manager.
CRM system
l Responsible for CRM system development and implementation in all retail channels from planning to execution .
l Be familiar with system operation in all backend modules.
l Identify opportunities for improving system and user flow according to findings of China customer behavior and market trends.
l Cooperate with IT for system maintenance or upgrade.
Loyalty program – retail channels
l Responsible for loyalty program in all retail channels to strengthen member recruitment and maintenance within CRM system.
l Develop member communication plan to engage with member on a regular basis with customized content
l Develop and implement CRM campaigns through multi-channel approaches, such as WeChat SMS, EDM as well as from the shop front
l Provide regular training of the loyalty program to all front line staff, develop and implement monitoring program to make sure these front line staff promote ECCO loyalty program in a right way.
Loyalty program – wholesale channels
l Responsible for national loyalty program to deliver one loyalty program concept among dealers.
l Carry out CRM project in selected dealer markets to support dealer in member recruitment, member management and member maintenance
l Monitor member status in selected dealer markets to ensure a sustainable improvement.
Position Requirements:
l At least 2 years working experience on CRM (in house CRM team or CRM agency)
l Familiar with data mining tool and system like BA
l Be consumer centric minded
l Proactive and willing to learn new things and take challenges
l Be detail oriented, can work independently, and have exceptional problem solving skills and communication skills
l Enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment
l Ability to effectively manage range of business resources (e.g. people, budgets, agency, etc.)
