Job Responsibilities:
· Lead & Coordinate Implementation of AP Flow Service Training initiatives (Internal & External).
· Create & Deliver Tiered Training Programs to provide Basic & High Value Training Services to Customers.
· Drive technical knowledge and performance improvements in Field Service through technical training.
· Deliver training programs and forums for Service community to continually learn - including Certified
Training Programs to Service Engineers & Targeted application training for target audiences.
· Train & develop target service personnel in countries on New Service Products like Flow Audits,
Field Calibration etc. & act as consultant when needed.
· Participate in application support and field assistance to develop and maintain the level of product,
application and industry knowledge, required to effectively perform as a trainer.
· Own & Maintain training equipments.
· Ensure proper tracking of certification of service personnel, follow-up evaluation & timely recertification;
measure & track the effectiveness of the trainings conducted.

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Industrial Automation or other relevant discipline with formal
background with Flow or other instrumentation highly preferred; experience in service and/or sales
environments preferred.
· Experienced/Aptitude in training & technical teaching.
· Should be strong in Planning & Organization Skills, Project Management skills, Analytical & Problem Solving Skills.
· Experienced in software programs such as: Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project.
· Must have ability to work in a team environment.
