SUMMARY

This position is responsible for clinical education related events, programs internal and external, for Align Technology in China. Responsibilities fall in below broad categories but may not be limited to:

1. Follow education strategy to execute local education events and projects on time with 100% executive of SOP and compliance. Optimize SOP of clinical education related affairs.
2. Coordinate educational events and programs by marketing strategy and result orientated.
3. Closely work with clinical education manager and execute internal and external clinical projects such as training, events, studies and proofreading as assigned.
4. Manage the speakers to develop clinical education content and engage the speakers to support clinical educational events
5. Track and analysis the effectiveness and customer confidence driven by education events

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Coordinate and execute clinical education events by marketing strategy and result orientated.

· Track and analysis the effectiveness and customer confidence driven by clinical education events.

· Cultivate speakers for clinical education, manage the speaker pool and engage the speakers to support clinical educational events.

· Support and optimize the assigned clinical education projects and improve the projects continuously.

· Creatively develop useful teaching and demo tools to make training effectively.

· Full support sales/marketing team and Global/regional educational team to localize and carry on programs.

· Execute other clinical education projects such as training, events, studies and proofreading as assigned.

· Ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned.

· Follow departmental procedures to obtain 100% accuracy and completeness in all areas.

· Spend approximate 20% working time to travel and support local education events or take training.

Additional responsibilities:

• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

· Enough knowledge of orthodontics and clinical

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor of Stomatology or above, prosthodontist or orthodontist with mater degree is preferred.

3+ years working experience in healthcare or dental industry, special in clinical education, clinical treatment, project operation.

SKILLS REQUIRED: LANGUAGE SKILLS :

Fluent in English

Expert in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and overall computer skills
