Position Summary

ECCO Retail Management Trainee is a young professional, with high potential and consistent academic background, who is supposed to be trained and developed to quickly achieve managerial positions within store and office.

General Responsibilities

Store Operation & Retail Management:

· Establish industry awareness and have an understanding of the scope and size of ECCO China Retail Operation.

· Be familiar with store retail operations and enforce ECCO standards at the store level.

· With special periods of store practice, master store operation standards, and manage store business.

· Deliver ECCO brand culture, have a clear training workflow, and support retail training programs.

· Prepare regular sales analysis reports, drive sales performance and recommend innovative sales plan.

Merchandising:

· Conduct the regular retail merchandising reports and support the retail buying from shop segmentation, buying structure and assortment planning construction.

Marketing:

· Learn to run an in-store promotion, support Customer Relation Management project, understand Visual Merchandising rules & tools, and have idea of each function’s basic roles of marketing campaigns.

Job Experience & Requirements

Education: Bachelor degree

Experience: Fresh graduates

Mobility/Travel: Willing to travel and relocate

Language (if needed): Fluent in Chinese and English

Optional competencies：

· Fast learner

· Good presentation and communication skills

· High potential in store and people management
