? POSITION OBJECTIVE

To provide technical support and best solution to both internal and external customers.

? MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for providing technical or application related assistance to customers, inside sales, salespeople, and service organization.

2. Travels to customer sites to evaluate customer problems and lead to solution. Coordinate with service, quality and operation team to address sales/customer product concerns.
3. Handle special products inquiry and communication with factory.

4. Take ownership to clarify and attend seminar. Communicate with DI about the design in advance, support the project execution.

5. Plan and conduct technical training to sales, inside sales, service and customer.

6. Proactively involved in knowledge development and sharing, improve team’s knowledge and control unclean.

7. Handle customer’s concern and complain, maintaining relationship with loyalty customers.

8. Work with other function team like Marketing, CA, repair center etc. for best support.

? 9. Maintain close communication with AP and global application team.
10. Complete other job assigned by supervisor/manager.

? SCOPE
Must have strong communications skills, both verbal and written; must have demonstrated strong stand-up training skills. Must have demonstrated proficiency, evidenced by above average performance reviews or by making notable contributions in a previous position within the company.

? EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor degree in instruments, automation or engineering;
2. At least 3 years experience as an Instruments or Electronic engineer or technical support engineer in Process Control Industry;
3. Familiar with Rosemount product is a plus.
4. Industry knowledge and experience is preferred.
5. Be good at communication both in English and Mandarin.
