POSITION OBJECTIVE

· Responsible for establishing, enhancing and maintaining business relationships and developing business opportunities with assigned EPC, MNC customers across China.
· Establish strategic plan and meet sales objectives.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible to identify, develop and achieve business growth and product coverage among EPC, MNC and MIV customers.

· Identify and develop EPC, MNC, MIV project opportunities
· Coordinate with Division, EPM and maximize product coverage
· Develops prospect project list and lead sales team to pursue and win projects.
· Working and coordinate closely with division global key account managers and set appropriate project pursue strategy and plans.
· Work closely with Emerson Process Management project pursuit team in projects pursuing and coordinate cross divisions activities.
· Monitors and reports progress on regular basis.
· Develops long term relationships with key decision makers within the account to build understanding of business needs and potential solutions.
· Ensure all business and sales growth is obtained in an ethical and responsible manner.

· Report to Valve Automation China Business Manager
· Need strong working relationships with cross division project pursuit team

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE

· Minimum 6 years sales experiences in Process and/or Oil&Gas industries
· Experience with a large Engineering and Construction company (EPC) is a plus.
· Knowledge & understanding of China market conditions & business opportunities.
· Technical skills in negotiation, strategic planning and business and marketing development
· Strong written and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
· Engineering Degree preferred.
