职位描述：
1.负责客户固定服务费的申付管理工作；
2.负责客户供应商材料费和委外费用资料的审核、整理、记帐、跟进付款工作；
3.负责客户材料费和委外费用季度申付资料审核、整理、记帐、审批、开票、付款跟进工作；
4.负责客户内部行政办公费用报销管理工作；
5.定期向公司总部和项目经理提交财务报表；
6.按公司总部财务要求完成项目费用预算；
7.上级交办的其他工作。

基本要求：
1.本科以上学历，财务相关专业；
2.三年以上相关工作经验，有物业管理公司经验者优先；
3.熟悉财务工作流程；
4.熟悉国家和地方税务法规；
5.熟练操作财务以及Office办公软件，精通Microsoft Excel软件；
6.良好的英语听说读写能力；
7.持有效会计上岗证。
