What are my responsibilities?

Collect, document and analyze product market and competitors' products, prepare business cases.

Prepare Requirement Specifications and Change requests in PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) process.

Prepare portfolio report and propose strategic portfolio decisions based on profound understanding of product and market.

Work with HQ Product Management, R&D, production, Service, marketing and business development to prepare go to market strategy.

Actively communicate with authorities, associations on standardization technology trend and relevant law and regulations.

Product Information, and sales supporting tools.

Prepare and update product training materials and references, give trainings to internal colleagues and key customers.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Experiences in R&D, sales support on motors, generators for at least 5 years

Excellent English and computer skills

Good interpersonal and cross culture communication

What else do I need to know (introduction about business)

Motor and converter are the two main products in Large Drive Business Unit

The portfolio covers industrial motors from 0.25kW to 100MW, which is the most comprehensive and reputable among the suppliers worldwide
