1. Ensuring the implementation of relevant state financial laws, regulations, policies and systems.

6. Leading the planning of financial revenue and expenditure, making plan of fund raising and usage, ensuring the smooth flow and reasonable and effective use of funds.

7. Responsible for coordination and communication in internal and external audit, to ensure the success of annual audit.

8. Strengthening the management of various assets, reducing the accounts receivable and inventory turnover rate.

9. Organizing training and assessment of the financial staff, to ensure the timely update of their professional knowledge.

10. Team building of the financial department.
