Your New Role Overseas Technical Support Engineer
1、Responsible for overseas product installation, commissioning guidance and technical support, provide solutions;
2、Coordinate with customers’ technical team and conduct the practical skills trainings for the overseas customers which include product use, daily maintenance and solutions to solve problems;
3、Collecting product quality problems, feedback to relevant departments to improve product stability and customer satisfaction;
4、Support in exhibition show to install product and explain product as product specialist;
5、Make up and update application training material;
6、Collect and analyze the competition information and customer product demand to better define the product need and optimization, and work with R&D and manufacturing departments to ensure that current and future products meet all end user requirements;
7、Stay up to date with developments by reading professional journals, attending scientific conferences, etc., and advise about market trends, product innovation/product improvement.

  To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
1、Bachelor degree and above in Biomedical Engineering, Physics, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or relevant field, overseas work/study experience required
2、Professional presentation skills and strong communication skills with outgoing character
3、Good skill for Microsoft office software, Good English communicating skill, verbal and written
4、Team work spirit and customer service awareness, desire to acquire knowledge and drive to succeed
5、Ability to travel (short term international travel~30%)
