What are my responsibilities?
- Analyze market & business opportunity of TIA Portal/S7-1500 including development of product strategy
- Regional 4P strategy with focus of increasing installation base of TIA Portal SW at key OEM and SI
- Being the product manager, drive and support all channels to achieve target of responsible product
- Drive and support IS colleague and external partner
- Promotion of TIA Portal at key OEM, SI and distributor
- Synergize resource with BU and sales to optimize the decision process
- Deliver knowledge
- Organize and Provide intensive TIA Portal SW training internally and externally
- Organize local promotion activities
- Develop target customer/project
- Define the target OEM and SI/project
- Track the pilot machine/project development

What do I need to qualify for this job
- Rich knowledge of responsible SIEMENS products or competitors corresponding products
- Solid technical background and best with hand-on engineering experience with mid/high-end PLC
- Sales experience in SI, distributor or international/domestic PLC supplier.
- Bachelor or above.
- 2-5 years working experience in automation
- Knowledge of English for daily business communication
- Good communication skills internally and externally, and good ability to listen
- Good presentation skills to present in front of large audience
- Quick learner and with good business sense
- Ability for structured & analytic approach to analyze status, propose measures, implement and follow-up
- Team work spirit
- Willingness to travel is required
