Responsibilities
? Business Requirements Analysis (30%)
–Understand and analyze business processes and translates needs into solutions with the respective eCommerce and analyst Product Lines
–Develops high-level business cases for China investments
–Responsible for building the right thing; guides requirements
–Communicates the vision to technical team and supporting testing
–Understands development estimates and how levels of effort impact the priority of requirements
? Delivery Team Partner (20%)
–A critical point of contact for IT to IT delivery team
–Be the partner with delivery team, help them understand the whole business story and requirement.
–Discuss with the delivery team to see what items (story points) should be built and which are backlogged based on capacity & priority.
–Responsible for the development work getting done correctly
–Attend regular requirement discuss meeting and guide the developing direction within business priorities.
–Work with domain/product owners to deliver the solution
–Understands core internal IT products and ability to drive business value
? Project Management (20%)
–Integrates across product interfaces and is responsible for the overall delivery timeline
–Verifies scope & acceptance conditions, plans for resources, builds the execution team, controls project execution, coordinates project team activities, and secures funding.
–Manages product backlog and product quality for digital and eCommerce
–Coordinates with IT partners, represents project in management review, manages project communication to business & IT stakeholders
? Technology Knowledge Learning & Sharing (10%)
–Keep learning fresh technical solution in market and integrate with business needs.
–Understand industry technical solution best practices and contribute internal sharing.
–Identify the advantage or potential risks within technical solution
? Analytics & eCommerce Exposure (20%)
–Understand and document business requirement based on analytics & eCommerce platforms like JD/TMALL/WeChat mall
–Guide business to adopt standard IT solution with Analytics & eCommerce areas.
–Drive value creation, thought with biz sense and innovation in projects
–Proactively detect and coordinate to solve technical problems
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree and above in major of IT discipline related;
? 3+ years of related experience, Healthcare or FMCG Related Industry is preferred;
? Knowledge of ETL, Data Analytics Tools (Tableau/PowerBI/Micro Strategy), eCommerce, Communication, Data Warehouse Modeling;
? Good communication and coordination skills.
