What are my responsibilities
- Control Panel Sales Specialist is responsible for integrated control panel promotion in China market, to maximize market exploitation and winning new business in all relevant channels based on the BU-/Sales-Strategy.
- The Control Panel Sales Specialist will promote Siemens control products based resources, such as product consultants and business developers to pursue market based expansion, drive awareness, consult on standards (UL, IEC), how to utilize Siemens Product master data in common engineering software tools and promote Siemens Control Panel Engineering program to the market.
- Responsibilities &Tasks
- Subject matter expert on codes & standards, including domestic and international panel build codes such as UL and IEC.
- Lead promoter to market for Siemens’ “Control Panel Engineering” with Siemens intelligent data management for control panel projects.
- Subject matter expert on optimization of current control panel layouts and designs
- Field based awareness and training for customers, partners, and channel as well as sales colleagues
- Coordination and collaboration with domestic and international colleagues for best practices sharing, updates, and training
- Research and ongoing knowledge expansion of new and changing standards within scope
- Explore market transparency for the Control Panel Builder market
- Define focus customers and develop and align sales for “Go To Market” approach.

What do I need to qualify for this job
Bachelor or above
3-5 years experience in automation or electrical industry
Be familiar with electrical controlling products and panel build standards / codes, e.g UL and IEC
Be familiar with office skill including word/excel/PPT
Communication skill and relative
Initiative
Ownership spirit
