1.OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB / 岗位目标 To co-ordinate all customer, in process and supplier quality issues through a structured problem solving process. 协调所有客户,运营过程中供应商质量问题通过结构性问题解决。 | |
2.MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 主要职责 2.1 Lead and manage plant quality system to meet requirements of OUR CLIENT BPM (Business Policy Manual) and TS16949 including internal and external audit etc, assess effectiveness and compliance of plant-wide quality systems for ongoing improvements & third party, customer, AP and other audits. 领导并管理工厂质量体系以满足OUR CLIENT(经营方针手册)与TS16949包括内部和外部审核等的质量要求,评估有效性和符合质量体系,确保持续改进满足第三方、客户、亚太区总部和其他审核的要求; 2.2 Develop, implement and manage quality KPI under control including customer/process/supply PPM, customer complaints, conduct yearly/quarterly/monthly/weekly review, develop corrective and preventative action, work with process, testing, production and other departments to drive improvement action executed fast and effectively. 制定,实施并管控质量KPI指标,包括客户、过程、供应、PPM以及客户投诉;牵头年度、季度 、月度、每周的评审;制定纠正与预防性措施;配合过程、测试、生产与其他部门共同推进改进措施其实有效地得以实施; 2.3 Communicate with customers, AP, Global team and internally to manage and control LPA(Layer Process Audit) process to meet and/or exceed customer expectations. 与客户、亚太区总部、全球团队保持沟通,内部管控工艺流程以满足或超出客户的期望; 2.4 Control supply quality, work with AP/Global team, conduct on-site audit for continuous improvement or prevention. 监控供应质量,配合亚太区总部与全球团队工作,负责做好现场审核以确保持续的改进或预防; 2.5 Report to senior management and external party on quality performance through various channels including Manufacturing and Quality reports, Operation review, online QOS(quality operation system)etc. 通过各种渠道向高层和外方报告质量情况,包括制造与质量报告、操作审核、在线质量操作系统等; 2.6 Manage and develop quality people from inspectors, technicians, engineers to supervisor. 管理并培养质量人才,包括质检员、技师、工程师和主管; 2.7 Implement OUR CLIENT thoughts on quality to the whole TDAIC team. 帮助整个TDAIC团队贯彻执行OUR CLIENT质量理念; 2.8 Coordinate and promote plant level continuous improvement activities with hard saving including in-direct spending cost reduction, 6 sigma projects, scrap cost reduction. 协调并推行工厂级别节约改进活动,包括间接减少支出、6sigma 项目、降低报废成本. | |

KEY COMPETENCIES / 资格能力要求 3.1 Bilingual in Chinese and English, strong at communication with different people under different business situation. 熟练掌握英语与汉语,具有优秀的沟通能力,能在不同的业务情况下与不同人群沟通; 3.2 Analytical problem solving, team building, Project Team membership and decision making skills. 能够分析解决问题,团队建设,组建项目团队及决策技巧; 3.3 Demonstrated interpersonal skills with team to be mature, confident and consistent to be respected. 与团队人际交往中应表现出成熟、自信、尊重他人并赢得尊重。 | |
4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / 教育及经验要求 4.1 Technical degree or BS Engineering degree. 机械、电气、材料或BS工程专业本科学历; 4.2 With 5 years manufacturing experience (Electronics & Automotive- a plus).Experience with Automotive quality-related activities such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, and 8D, and 6 sigma experience. 5年制造企业工作经验(电子与汽车行业优先考虑),熟练掌握汽车行业质量标准及工具如SPC、DOE, FMEA, and 8D, and 6 sigma。 | |
