- 根据销售计划安排培训的销售工作，并按期实现销售目标；
- 分析客户需求，为客户提供咨询服务，制定培训方案，推广新理念新课程；
- 负责开发、维护新老客户关系；
- 负责与被培训客户签订服务合同；
- 参与合同的实施和执行；
- 参与客户的服务管理；
- 部门交办的其他工作。

职位要求：
- 大专以上学历，2年以上销售工作经验或3年以上人力资源相关经验（同行业优先）；
- 熟练的英文听说读写能力及良好的电脑操作水平；
- 良好的沟通、协调、谈判能力及良好的学习能力；
- 积极主动，能承受压力，愿意接受挑战性的工作，具有团队协作精神。
