岗位职责：

1、处理日常客户咨询及投诉；

2、对网站订单进行跟踪，及时处理滞留订单；

3、部分网络推广工作；

4、了解竞争网站，并对本网站客户行为及周期进行对比分析。

岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，英语听说读写精通；

2、电脑操作熟练，能熟练使用WORD、EXCEL等办公软件；

3、具有较强的组织、分析能力；

4、具有较强的客户服务意识，工作态度端正，有极强的责任心；

5、具有互联网客户维护及邮件推广工作经验者优先。
