工作职责：

1、负责部分前台事务；

2、协助上级建立健全公司招聘、培训等人力资源制度建设；

3、建立、维护人事档案，办理和更新劳动合同；

4、协助上级开展人力资源六大模块具体工作：招聘、培训、绩效等；

5、负责部分行政事务。

任职要求：

1、女性，大专及以上学历，专业不限，年龄20-25岁，具备良好的亲和力；

2、具备一定文书写作能力，熟悉各种办公设备、熟练操作office系列办公系统；

3、工作细致条理性强，具有良好的人际沟通和协调能力；

4、具备良好的责任感，有上进心及学习能力。
