What are my responsibilities?
- Responsible for DF MC SIMOGEAR products promotion:
- Drive SIMOGEAR business to make breakthrough for target customers;
Sales
- Sales activities with customers for promoting imported and local manufactured products and systems.
- Technical information and negotiation with the customers.
- Develope Simogear Business together with distributors.
- To be the coordinator between the Region and MC BU.
Customer Communication
- Customer communication, presentation and negotiation.
Competitor
- Collection information from our competitors (e. g. solutions, prices, discounts, technique, sales force, strategies) and pass them to the MC BU and your direct superior.
- Observe and investigate competitors’ activities in the region.
- Observe competitors pricing policy.
Market Development
- Create an overview of the market for the sales area; you are responsible for, in regards of market trends/development, technical requirements, price level, customers' purchasing behaviour/channel ...
Budget/Target
- Fullfill own target.
- Breakthrough light industry customers.
Training
- Train regional sales, partner and key customer for SIMOGEAR products knowledge & BU strategy.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor degree of electric (motor is preferred) or mechanic;
- At least 2 years working experience, sales working experience is perfect;
- Good communication, interpersonal, presentation, organization and negotiation skills required;
- Basic english in written or reading
- Location is in Shanghai office, responsible area is for part of Region East.
