Role Summary/Purpose

The business & product support leader will report directly to the General Manager of the Women’s Health Ultrasound Business. The incumbent identifies opportunities for growth and share gain and provides input to the new product/solutions roadmap development. Another key measure for this role will be developing and sustaining Reference Sites/ Luminaries’ collaborations.

Essential Responsibilities

•Understands customer’s clinical and economic needs, as well as values and benefits sought. Prioritizes customer segments and business opportunities in conjunction with global product marketing and P&L leaders. •Responsible for Luminary development / management in the specified market •Supports launch plans for new products in the region •Ensuring customer focus by communicating and building rapport with customers as required and ensuring the “voice of the customer” is reflected in work processes. •Driving the product portfolio to meet the needs of the market. Responsible for strategy and execution of the product roadmaps and New Product Introductions (NPI) •Contributor to the Product Growth Playbooks and SII with the goal of achieving growth and market share objectives. (Collaborates with sales and global marketing to develop the regional market forecast as well as the orders forecast for the market segment.) •Being a key contributor and influencer within the marketing teams •Provides regional input to business cases for products/upgrades that are at concept stage, work with Global Product marketing, Business Analysis and Global Design to develop, test and prototype new product ideas •Supports demand generation and awareness activities for a product/portfolio in a given region (including trade shows, customer events, advertising, telemarketing campaigns, promotions). •Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of trends and requirements in the defined healthcare market.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field 2. Minimum 8 years experience in marketing, product marketing or related field 3. Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy4. Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams5. Influencing skills – ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence6. Prior experience in a leadership role with direct reports7. Excellent oral and written communications skills (English and preferably Spanish)8. Strong analytical and process skills
