Description
Manage 1ST Level – OSS&BSS team in terms of:
tasks accomplishing accordingly with “1ST Level Assurance – OSS&BSS Engineer” JD
fulfilling the KPI and SLA accordingly with OLA and WLA
shift ROTA set-up, maintain and update
recruiting, induction, competence development, regular performance evaluation, retention
improving the efficiency in terms of delivered KPI, utilized resources and associated costs
set-up, validation and periodical testing of BCP ways of working
coaching and driving the staff
Manage escalations, incidents and problems specific within the team competence area
Support other line managers, senior management and other delivery units if requested
Support pre-sales with business analyses for new potential customers or for new potential activities belonging to managed customers
Support project management for all projects targeting the managed competence area
Design and implement middle and long term strategies accordingly with business trends, customer expectations, requests of senior management
Qualifications
JOB requirements:
proven extensive experience in remote or site operations(design,planning,optimization,integration,acceptance,commissioning,testing,support) of competence area related nodes
experience in working with multiple technologies or vendors(of the same technology)
knowledge accordingly with “1ST Level Assurance – OSS&BSS Engineer” JD
proven experience in 1ST / 2ND / 3RD Level Assurace or Fulfillment – operations type is a plus
excellent communication and presentation skills with contractors/partners/customers as well as with various internal units and stakeholders
Generally requirements:
good command in Chinese and English(writing,speaking,understanding)
knowledge of Japanese/Korean languages(one or more of communication forms – writing,speaking,understanding) is a plus
open-mind, flexible, innovative, structured, logic, hard-worker
TELCO and IT business understanding
availability for on-call work schedule
availability for participation in abroad projects
