I.	Purpose of Position(职位设置目的):

Assist office manager to take HR/Admin. daily work for Xi'an Branson.

II.	Principal Responsibility and Major Continuing Goals（主要职责及其达成目标）:

1, Take the preliminary hiring, including Job post, CR screening, the first round tel-interview and other rounds interview arrangement etc.

承担前期的招聘工作，包括职位发布，简历筛选，第一轮电话面试，以及协调后面的面试安排。

2, On-board notification and handling, departure procedure handling.

入职员工的通知和办理，离职员工的手续办理。

3, Training coordination and management. 培训协调和管理。

4. Daily admin management in areas of lunch, drinking water, express mail, air-tickets, first aid box and stock medicaine cabinet, property, collection and posting of reimbursement claims and commercial insurance claims, daily admin purchasing, outing, annual physical check , annual dinner, safety, fire, facility, equipment, reception etc.

日常的行政管理，包括午餐，饮用水，快递，机票，紧急药箱和常备药箱，物业，员工财务报销单及商业保险索赔单的收集和邮寄，日常的行政采购，春游，年度体检，新年晚宴，安全，防火，设施和设备，接待等行政工作。

5. Monthly attendance collection and check.

月度出勤的收集和审核。

6. Assist office manager to push FY13 communication plan with high efficiency.

协助分公司经理推动FY13年的沟通计划并确保高效完成。

7. Coordinate business relationship within different functions to make sure the efficient team working .

协调跨部门的业务关系确保高质量的团队合作。

8, Other jobs which are assigned by office manager.

完成分公司经理安排的其他工作。

III.	Prerequisites（任职必要条件）：

1. Education（学历）:

Undergraduate student, major in HR or Admin. management prefer.

在校大学生，人力资源或行政管理更佳。

2. Skills / Technical Knowledge / Experience（技能/专业知识/经历）:

1, Honest and Reliable 诚信和可信赖的;

2, Positive attitude 积极的态度；

3, Very good communication and team work skills 较强的沟通和团队合作;

4, Take responsibility能够承担责任 ;

5, Good English skill良好的英语技能;

6, Can make sure above four days intern per week.能确保每周不低于四天的出勤数（周六和周日除外）
